If you go longer than 8 weeks your hair will start splitting at the ends which causes it to rise up and get shorter in length. Yikes! That’s the opposite of what we want.
The second thing you want to do is get a hair product that helps rebuild your hair and use it daily.
Having a product that helps keep your hair strong is going to be key. If you have a hard time growing your hair out then your ends are probably struggling to stay healthy. I like to use a daily product for after I get out of the shower. I will towel dry my hair for about thirty minutes and then apply the product on 80% dried hair. Giving your hair the nourishment it needs is going to help it stay strong to eliminate having split ends.

I like to add a scoop of collagen to my coffee in the morning. It doesn’t change the flavor at all, which is nice. So far my hair and nails seems to be stronger. Which I’m loving!
I don’t have a hard time having my hair grow faster, but with my clients who struggle, biotin is always a nice help to encourage some hair growth. Just keep in mind that it helps your hair grow in length, not in fullness.
