Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you to be able to have an appointment time that works for your schedule.

ENFORCED STARTING JULY 1ST

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time will be missed, and clients on the waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed at the moment the appointment is booked, followed by two more reminders. I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago, which is why I offer this reminder service for my clients.

– Should you have to reschedule an appointment with less than 2 weeks notice of your appointment,  there will be a $25 fee included at your next appointment.

The cancellation policy allows the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting the policies criteria.
